JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED I made a purchase from this campaign but did not receive it. the company even admitted that it was delivered by mistake to a different address, but no further action was taken. I told PayPal, but after some correspondence they said that the campaign delivered the package. to which they told me that I received it. I believe that I was cheated in an impudent way, and PayPal just seems to work together with the campaign and makes money for itself on such powerless as me. I couldn't prove anything. I was thrown by scammers. I do not recommend buying anything from this campaign, and I do not recommend using PayPal, which instead of the guarantor, covers the scammers making money from it.
