I sold an iPhone via eBay, send it via courier for a faster service as I was away when it sold and the buyer received the phone today, i now have an open case on PayPal because they are saying the phone wasn’t in the box, when it was. Does anyone know where I stand with this? Thanks

Hope you insured it. Contact your postie or courier to find out what happened. Gonna have to refund customer and deal with the courier if insured. You're ultimately responsible for getting the item to the customer. Sellers not protected from Significantly Not As Described claims.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
