I never did get a confirmation and was unable to reach them by phone or email.
They provided a USPS tracking # to Pay Pal however did not deliver anything to the USPS for shipping.
Finally on Saturday 2-13-21 I received a small plastic envelope a piece of cloth in it. I had ordered a slow cooker. Pay Pal is processing a refund. I would never never buy from these people again.

same thing happened to me too.
If Paypal does not do the right thing and give me my money back, I am canceling them and I suggest everyone else do the same. There are many other ways to send and receive money. Good luck.

I had a long "argument" with Paypal and in the end did not get my money back. However, Paypal gave me a voucher credit for the amount spent/lost. The final straw for this was: Paypal sent me a message that I had to mail back the piece of cloth I got to China in 10 days. The return address they gave me was in Chinese. I refused!!! I told them, that Budeloss had done this to numerous customers so they knew this was a scam. In the end, the Chinese company got to keep my money. The voucher was a "courtesy" from Paypal. Please report them to the Better business bureau. To save energy, write out your complaint in a text document and copy it into the BBB message. Keep this compliant document because I have used to numerous times to write complaints. I am canceling my Paypal account as soon as I use my voucher credit. The thing is: Paypal must profit from supporting these sites. If they support this fraudulent site, I am willing to guess that they profit from other fraudulent sites!

I agree, why else would they keep supporting what is obviously a fraudulent site and have numerous dissatisfied customers. This is something they can easily control.

Check its not one of these?
Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
