This is the only chance that I have to take so I can finally share my side as a Legit Seller. In my case, there is no Item that had to ship. My customer is about to meet my Agent, I actually ask for a payment first since we had a deal. when they finally met each other, do their things together, He asked for a refund and saying the Item wasn't shipped out. It took me a long time to report about it bcos I can't contact anyone from Paypal due to Covid19. I just waited for a long time to share my side. you put Negative on my account so when someone transfered a money to my account, it authomaticaly deducted me without a permission and I was like, wow! Seriously? Paypal is so hard to use. I always have transaction with different countries but it always On-Hold even the money went thru well on the payer's side, my business was so affected! You are making the seller brankrupt. Now, i'm gonna ask you a refund for the last transaction that I have and put away the negative on my Account. I didnt do anything wrong! I have my family to feed, pls not me
