PayPal has put a limitation on my account and they’re wanting me to provide purchase receipts from my supplier. But I don’t have a supplier. This is a huge collection of basketball cards that I’ve had since I was a kid and I’m trying to sell them on eBay. I have hundreds of cards and I don’t have receipts from cards that I purchased 20 years ago. What do I do to fix this problem?
