i paid my negative paypal balance twice !

Dear community, my paypal balance was negative for 1 month or little longer, so paypal send me a invoice through a collection agency in my country

i paid the invoice from collection agency website online with my bank card

now i received an invoice from my webhosting provider, when i clicked pay with paypal

i paid and when i looked at my paypal transaction, it paid the negative balance again !

i find this soo stupid and scam

why do you send me invoice trough an agency if you are not going to set the paid incoive to zero !!!

i want my money back

and getting a reply back from paypal takes ages!!!
