Good day. Please i need help as i am unable to sleep and i have called PayPal in a million time but i could not reach anyone. I had a business of 1200 dollars, the owner of the business what me to do part payment. Unfortunately when he sent me a PayPal money request he put 1200 instead of 600, i was confused after the payment was done so i contacted him and he told me he will refund the whole money and give me another ticket foe 600 as planed. I went ahead to open a dispute and the guy refunded. PayPal requested for additional information, and i explained with a screenshot of the evidence of the new payment and what went wrong. The money was fully refunded and transfer into my bank account. 3 days ago i saw email for the bank reversal so i have a -1200 on my PayPal account and the case is closed. am a new user i don't know what to do. I decided to contact the business guy if he has received the money they reversed, he said "NO". i don't know what to do. I have called and called and i couldn't get through any agent to advise on what to do, then i got through this medium today after several enquirers. Please Help!!!
