No method to flag suspicious request - I got asked for $10K

This looks mighty suspicious. I logged into PayPal today to make a purchase. I see a request from a week ago (which I did not see until now) for 10,000 dollars from a person I never had dealings with. Screenshot is attached. I wonder why there is not an option on PayPal to easily flag suspicious requests, other than to simply deny the request. I denied the request.
