I placed a order on 8/7 it stated it would arrive by 8/15. On 8/20 after still no item I checked USPS. Found out seller didn't mail until 8/10. Seller says to wait until 8/24. On 8/26 I contacted eBay and PayPal to let them know I don't want it, eBay tells me to refuse delivery. This is again AFTER contacting seller. On 8/27 I purchased item from store. On 8/28 while at work camera notifications indicate package on my porch. I tried contacting seller for return label... radio silence. eBay case is closed because it is now listing delivered. Message board help is not helpful. Should I CLOSE the case with PayPal in order it get a return label? I want to stress item was WITHIN THE UNITED STATES!!!! I should not be FORCED to keep something that arrived 13 days late.
