Aug. 26th I ordered an item. After awhile I couldn't get ahold of the seller to ask where my item was so I had no choice to open a claim. The problem with that was Paypal keeps uping the date that I have to wait. First it was Oct. 12, then Oct. 15th, Now Oct. 16th. Not sure who is play a game here but I'm getting tired of it. So I guess the next step is to go through BBB as I can't even get Paypal on the phone now.

Think paypal are inundated with claims at the moment from buyers that bought tat from these china websites or social media ads so all claims are being dalayed especially as they have less staff with covid as well.
So think you just have to wait it out in the long queue for your turn.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I just filed a complaint with the BBB in Australia and the Fraud Department as well. I’m not going to be blackmailed by a foreign company to drop my dispute to get my money.

@kernowlass This happened once before way before Cov-19. I went around and around with Paypal with it and once a again I had to have BBB step in to resolve it. If Paypal doesn't want anything to do with China that is fine but when the seller lies of where they are located the buyer still gets the shaft.
