Account locked after receiving ko-fi donation?

Anyone had this happen to them before? My account has been limited after I received my first ko-fi donation today. It's asking for purchase receipts, proof of fulfillment, and info on transaction activity - and I don't have any of those things? I haven't bought or sold anything, just received a donation via ko-fi.com. So I'm not sure how I can resolve this issue ...

Sorry to hear that you have received an account limitation after receiving a donation. I can understand how concerning this can be. If your account is limited, we may ask you to provide documentation to help us verify you or your business. I understand you have not sold any items and the payment received was a donation. If you do not have the information requested I do advise to contact our Customer Service Team directly so that they can advise what documents are eligible to be provided to resolve the account limitation.
