Account limited since linked to instagram

Few weeks ago, i linked my Paypal account to my instagram to make some advertising, one i did this, my account was limited, they asked me for my ID card, i sent it, then Paypal emailed my that i cannot use Paypal anymore because i did something which doesn’t respect their rules, now my credit card is stuck in this account and i can’t delete it, please i need help

Sorry, financial information from permanently limited accounts cannot be removed. This is to prevent you from opening another PayPal account. When they say they don't want you to use PayPal no more, they mean it. Any new accounts you try to open will be linked to the limited account and banned is well.

If they let you appeal the decision not to provide services to you no more, please contact customer service to submit an appeal (no guarantees though):

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

But why though? I didn’t do something illegal i just linked my paypal to my instagram account because they needed it..
