Hello, my PayPal account was put on complete lock down a while back because it was discovered that I was a minor at the time. However, I am 18 years of age now and would like to use PayPal, but I am being offered no solution to this problem. Instead I am being told that I can't use PayPal anymore and that there is no way to overturn this. I have no way of contacting any actual people in customer support and keep receiving the same automated messages that tell me the nature of the situation. Is there any solution to this?

Normally if you are permanently limited then you can't ever use paypal again.
UNLESS it was a minor account, paypal normally allow you to open a new account once you were 18 but you would never be able to use the old illegal minor account.
Check with c.s.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you for your advice, but I have no way of contacting PayPal without being told that they can no longer offer me their service because I violated the user agreement. I've tried calling and messaging them on social media, but nothing seems to be working.
