Account limited cannot withdraw money

My account is limited and I cannot withdraw the money despite being over 180 days. I have even gotten the email from PayPal saying all I have to do is link a bank account and I can withdraw it. However, I have tried it and it doesn’t work Everytime I try it asks me to go to the resolution center and there is nothing to do there. Anyone know how to fix this problem please i also don’t know who to contact

Contact customer service who will need to enable the link a bank/withdrawal features:

 

  1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.
  3. Click Account limitations.
  4. Click Check the status of a limitation.
  5. Click Call Us after “This information might help” box.
