I have a bussiness account and they ask to provide id card , and purchase supplier receipt? I dont know what that is and I dont have it since I sell own things such clothes or an unwanted book or TV or console or whatever ..... I attached to that a receipt of me sending a pack? I am not sure how to deal with that , chat operator and call ar e closed all... please help!!!!
Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
