Account limitations

My account got hacked someone put there pictures but my info was still same. I went and changed my password and made sure it was all my info. Now paypal has limited my account and banned me. How do I get everything corrected?

From my understanding, you are saying that someone accessed your PayPal account without authorization and added their pictures? May I ask what kind of pictures they added and where? Are you saying they provided their own photo ID to resolve a limitation? 

If that's the case, you will want to reach out to customer service directly to provide evidence to confirm your identity.
