How do I get my account resolved. I've done everything im supposed to but still can't withdraw money. I need to get the resolved quickly. I don't understand why this is happening.

Yeah a friend of mine got the same thing. Mine was because I had a mistaking transaction.

I've completed the steps to remove my limitation. Why is my account still limited?

 

Please realize that due the pandemic, staff that works on account limitations are reduced and probably backed up:

I understand that. But these accounts shouldn't be locked up like this. Because of the panemic. Some of us rely on the money in these accounts and it's not right that they are limited got no reason at all. I need my account opened. And noone will help.

My account is the same. I have been waiting over 2 weeks, there is no response from Paypal, no one is answering the phone and no one is responding to messaging. They are holding serious money of mine, I can't refund customers and can't pay suppliers. All I did was update some bank details and a new trading name (ABN stayed the same) to reflect a new eCommerce store so the Paypal receipt would be more relevant to purchasers. Not happy PayPal.

They just did that to me since I’m not an adault I provided them my student id and a receipt to show that why I have $200 in my account (it’s only $200) and they just limited my account

They just put a limitation on my account as well, and Ive done nothing different than in previous months.  Their reason is "unusual activity"  Not sure what that unusual activity is.  Now they say it can take up to 5 days to review....sigh...

I have the same problem. I'm a legitimate small business. The item was willingly purchased, there is tracking info with Express Post Platinum and I'm sure the buyer would be happy to confirm it all. Such an abuse of power by PayPal. As soon as I get my money I will never again use Paypal in business. Never.
