@Sidney08 I have been waiting for over 2 weeks and I haven't even had a response from Paypal, all I did was update a trading name and banking details and my account is restricted. Paypal is holding my money, I cannot refund customers and I cannot pay suppliers. This is not good enough from Paypal. All items requested show a green tick in the relevant Account Update section. Covid19 has nothing to do with this, these requests are processed back of house by employees sitting behind a computer, it shouldn't matter if they are sitting in PayPal's big shiny office or working from home. There is no excuse for this atrocious customer service. 3 days should be normal, 6 days should be extreme, I am more than double the extreme and at the end of my patience. We have consumer law in Australia to protect us from this type of behaviour and I am close to invoking my rights under those laws. You need to get someone to make contact and resolve my restrictions please.
