Account limitation

I am, (was), a personal account user for almost 10 years with about 500 transactions.  Not the biggest but a good customer that most companies would be proud to have as a client.  My account was recently "permanently" limited without explanation.  Yes, I was told to refer to the user agreement but I have no way of knowing what or how I did anything wrong.  I haven't had any luck getting through to a human at Paypal.  I swear there must be a mistake here but the message I received was "this decision cannot be overturned".  Who treats customers like that?

Now I'm shopping on Amazon and looking at the other money transfer platforms.

Can anyone suggest a way to get Paypal to take another look before I move on for good?  I would at least like to know why this decision to permanently ban me was made.

Since you're in the US, I suggest contacting bbb.org under PayPal San Jose CA to get PayPal Office of Executive Escalations to review your account. It could have been a misunderstanding or false positive call by PayPal security system.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
