Account limitation not removing

HI Paypal,

Been trying to lift limitation by confirming identity and address and the info guide says PayPal will respond within 2 days but been months still no reply.

This is **bleep**...

Now there's a glitch where it won't even let me submit identity and address details because when i press submit all the details are removed then i have to fill it again. When i fill it in it just clears by itself again...

PayPal please resolve this.

I believe I have the same problem. I have started receiving emails reminding me to upload Personal information and everything. so I did. the warning however did not dissapear and whoooops one day I couldnt pay my zoom bill. reason? account is limited. Funny thing is that all steps they want me to do are done and marked green. And as you can imagine, these 'few business days' passed few business months by now. any advice?
