Hello i am from Kenya and been using paypal to receive covid relief support as i am currently jobless it asked me to verify my address and i shared my national id and also my bank statement which they declined and said its a wrong document i also managed to link my credit card and they withdrew the limit and said i can now send funds but the restriction is still there what do i do
