Account issues, fields not clear

Hello, 

I am trying to make an account by submitting the required information. Some of the fields required to be filled by us are not clear. Specifically, we are asked to submit supplier details and also, provide proof of purchase from our supplier. I cannot understand what kind of information am I supposed to give as long as we have a lot of suppliers. Furthermore, I am asked to provide website details and access details. From which website and what kind of details? We don’t have a website as a business. 

Since I have to submit the required information by 17 Sep 2021 I hope to have an answer as soon as possible

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! Thank you for reaching out in regards to the request for information. I can certainly understand the concern with the requested documents. I do advise if you are advised to provide your supplier information to provide any relevant information you have. This may require several documents to be saved to one file. If you do not have a website you may be able to respond with additional details in regards to where you sell your items online. Typically once the information is provided the uploaded information will be moved to review.

As I mentioned in the previous email, we have a lot of suppliers because we sell a lot of different products (pharmaceutical pills, cosmetics, food supplements etc). From which supplier would you like me to provide the information that is required? Also, we don’t sell our products online, we only sell them in our store. That’s why I don’t know what to upload.
