After I upload documents to change my name, suddenly I received an email from Paypal saying that they decided to close my account due to security issues. I go to the resolution center and there is no solution. I cannot message Paypal agent. So I go to facebook messenger to contact the agent but I got a message saying that they cannot connect me with the agent because of covid 19 situation. Please help, i dont know what to do. I am the owner of this account and I've done nothing wrong. How to unlock my account?
