Account Limited

Hey, 

Ive come to the forum as the next resort I am so frustrated dont know what else I can do? I have been using paypal a few months now for ebay will no problems until I needed to do my ID Verification. I Have done as they have asked and still unable to have my account unlimited the Customer service centre see where im coming from but they dont make the decision.

I initially sent my passport (expired) and a tax bill and then because my passport expired they said to send my birth certificate. I have been married so my birth certificate was different.This being a issue i then sent my divorce paper. (Also sent a utility bill) I thought this would now be resolved. I not happy to say the least as I was told by other representative this should be resolved now. I have taken over my marriage name so and proved documents with this so I dont understand what the issue is?

I'm in the same situation, and they won't tell me WHY my account has been limited, or how I can fix it.

I had emailed many times, getting the same automated response, and when I called they hung up on me.

I'm just as frustrated as you are. Especially when I NEED access to those funds, since they are my only source of income.
