Account Limitations

My account got limited restrictions and I can't transfer funds now. I already did the first three remedies but I dont have any bank statements to show because I don't have a bank account yet. How do I fix this?

Write a letter explaining why you do not have bank statements, pdf it, and upload. Then cross fingers for luck.

Hello why i cant withdraw my money in paypal i want to get the money in my paypal but it said my paypal have issue but when i check there is no issue please fix this because its for my mom medicine and no work because of this pandemic covid its a small amount but its really big help
