I set up a Paypal Business for our Not For Profit Membership Organisation so i coudl link to our new website and use paypal to take payments online for memebrships and am having issues having the account verified, has anyone else had similar issues?
They ask me to detail our Charity Registration number but we are not a charity.
They ask for a bank statement and corresponding tax emption document, but we are not tax exempt.
They then advise to amend our business type to individual or sole trader, but when i tried the box is greyed out.
They then say they can only advise to downgrade our account to personal, but will need to remove the organsiations bank and card details.
The whole idea of setting up this paypal business account was to take payments for memebrship online, can any one help?
