I am struggling with pay pal with my account limitation. They ask for the same information over and over. they want proof of residential address. We live on a farm and they do not deliver post to farms, we are a Non profit organisation and do not have utility bills. We are in lockdown since March this year. The money in our account is desperately needed to buy food for our animals. We have no other money available.
