Account Limitation ID Rejected

Hi. My account was limited but I sent in my documents and only my proof of residence was accepted. My ID was rejected three times even though it clearly shows the front and the back information. I only copied both sides of my ID card but I still got an email saying PayPal received a portion of my ID. I would like to know what other information on the ID pages is required?  I need urgent assistance with this matter. Thanks

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
