So I was asked to confirm my identity and I have submitted all the required info and documents, but for some reason the Beneficial Owner page has nothing to fill or upload. Seems like there's some bugs involved here.
The joke is they keep further limiting my account and the contact email given gives an auto reply saying "this email is no longer monitors" when i try to email them. No one is replying at the Messages Center either. My account is now frozen and I am unable to withdraw the money in my PayPal account. This is absurd...
Have anyone encountered this issue and is there a fix for this?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
