Where do I go on the PayPal site to say I received fake merchandise from a seller? On the page with a list of my transactions, there's a link to report fraudulent transaction, like a transaction that I don't recognize, but nothing for reporting that the merchandise is obvious garbage. Thanks.
I agree— PayPal needs to have a way to report these sellers so that they are not contributing to the problem. I suspected that the price was too good to be true but took a chance anyway. I would not have bothered if I had known for sure that this merchandise was counterfeit.
