Account Blocked for 2 Weeks - PayPal hasn't reviewed proof of identity

Hi guys,

 

My account has been blocked for two weeks due to limitation.

I've been asked to provide proof of identity and I did that immediately.

I was notified someone would review it in 2-3 days.

It's been more than 2 weeks and nothing has happened.

I tried to reach them, but each time I receive an automatic response.

Is there a way to get in touch with them to sort this out (I'm not able to call)?

This issue has caused me a lot of problems because my payments haven't been going through.
