Account Limitations

Weeks ago, in June, me and two of my roomates got our accounts blocked by PayPal. One of us was asked to simply confirm (by literally just checking a box) to confirm her home address - she did it, got the limitations lifted in less than a day. The other one was asked to write down her address again in order to confirm it, and then after maybe 10 days the limitations were lifted. I was asked to rewrite my address like 3 different times, scan my passport, scan my ID and wait for an identity check and proof of my prepaid card actually being mine. It has now been TWO MONTHS and still I can't use my account and can't access the money I have on there which, as anyone can imagine, is really frustrating. Especially considering I was given no explanation nor an idea of how long this would last. Also, out of the three of us I was the one using PayPal for the smallest transactions so I literally can't think of any reason for this to be happening right now. I have tried to contact them multiple times but it hasn't served anything and I'm t i r e d. PayPal fix this please and thank you, you're bringing very horrible reviews upon yourselves. Has anyone had similar problems recently? Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
