Credit account was closed and they opened another one when my account was compromised yet it's blocked. I confirmed identity but they want a credit card photo and I don't have a card with this account. I confirmed identity Any help? I've been in phone tree hell for over and hour. Spoke to 2 people and they sent me right back to phone tree hell. I better start living right because if that is truly hell I don't want to go there.
