Account Balance is incorrect

Yesterday my account became limited. Something about suspicious bank a activity. I have tried to upload a pic of my Drivers license and bank statements. The app won't upload. Anyway, yesterday my PayPal cash balance was a couple of dollars, today it's $27.01. No transactions have been initiated, I have no idea why the balance increased. Anyone have any ideas?

No idea because this is user to user help forums and no one here has access to your account to see what it was. Log on to your account and check the activity page. Try uploading the docs from the website if you were trying to use the app.

If the site is not letting you upload docs, please contact customer service for assistance:

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
