Account Alert - how to resolve

Anyone help with this:
We have a small business account, active for 10 years.
All users are getting account alert messages and not getting resolved - see attached. We have verified via SMS to mobile more than once - still same. When clicking "See details of Some account information is missing or incorrect", the page refreshes and doesn't give any clues as to what is wrong. Using Chrome browser. Tony message

Sorry to hear of the trouble.
Chrome has been known to cause issues like the one you're experiencing. Please clear your cache and cookies and try again using another browser. That should resolve any issues.
