PayPal appear to be complete idiots! They sent me a message to the effect:
"Your PayPal account is Verified and your sending limits were removed".
That was yesterday, November 13. Today, November 14, my access is again limited:
I cannot Withdraw money from PayPal
I cannot Send money or payments
I cannot Pay using PayPal
They sent me this email message today:
"As mentioned in our previous email, you're no longer able to send or withdraw money from your PayPal account until you provide us with the required information.
Here's how to provide the information we need:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Notifications (bell icon) at the top right of the page.
Follow the instructions and complete all the tasks."
However, there was no previous email, and the message I got from them said that my "PayPal account is Verified".
Moreover, they are rejecting my credit card. The bank says the card is valid and works fine! The bank is not rejecting it, but payPal does, and I have no idea why.
They are taking their time to respond to my emails, but I am afraid I am now in some kind of black hole nightmare that I may never be able to get out of. Very frustrating!
