Hello,
Last April my paypal account was INCORRECTLY permanently limited.
My account was limited because paypal believes i sold counterfeit goods. The item in question is this: https://www.grailed.com/listings/1324436-supreme-supreme-x-gucci-mane-bogo
In the email PayPal believes that this is a counterfeit 'GUCCI' item. This is actually a shirt by the brand SUPREME in collaboration with rapper GUCCI MANE. I have tried to explain this to multiple representatives when I call but I keep being told to email AUP but i receive the same automated message minutes after sending my email.
I had been a paypal member for years before this and never had any type of problem. I never received any negative feedback online from any website. That item was sold on Grailed.com and I never received any complaint from the buyer. The buyer of the item gave me a 5 star review on the item.
I NEED PAYPAL FOR MY BUSINESS. I NEED HELP. I HAVE NO CLUE WHO TO TURN TO.

Last April?
Did you provide vendor/supplier purchase order/receipts for the inventory to PayPal? Grailed does reviews for authenticity, couldn't you get some affidavit from them that the item you sold is real?
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
