When I made my PayPal account, I was underaged. I needed a source to accept payments for work I do online, and thus I made it when I was younger. Anyhow, PayPal found out and suspended me.
I seem to be unable to dispute this suspension, and I was wondering what my best options are for reclaiming this money now that I've long been 18 years old.
Cheers.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you may not have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18.
HOWEVER if you are now 18 you need to ask paypal c.s. if you can open a new account as you would never be able to use the illegally made underage account again.
They may say no, BUT if they let you then you can ask them to transfer the funds to your new account for you.
If they say no then request a cheque be sent to you with the funds.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
