180 Day issue!

Hello, I bought concert tickets back in February, I received them. However the concert has now been cancelled due to COVID and I have not had a refund. I paid via goods and services but I can not set up a dispute because it’s over 180 days please help me. Thank you Lauren

Sadly paypal can't help you after 180 days, try your card issuer although it may be too late for them as well so small claims court maybe?
