Hi I am having some problems with my card reader which I purchased only at the beginning of 2015. After charging the battery fully I tested it and it worked but when I tried to power it on today it says low battery and immediately turned off. This has happened for several weeks.
Sorry to hear this, it sounds like you are out of the 12 month warranty I am afraid. Have you tried to perform a factory re-set? If not, we would suggest trying this now, you'll find the steps Here
