NO POUND SIGN WHEN I PRINT A RECEIPT

hi i have a star sm s220i printer when i print a receipt off it is allways missing the pound sign and has a hash sign does any one no how to change this

Hi there,

I'm having the same issue.

Just purchased a Star SM s220i printer, working off an iPad. I did a couple of test purchases and I also don't get a pound symbol (£) I get some other weird symbol. Not good when you may have to charge someone £400+

Tried finding a fix for this all over the internet and nothing so far.

If anyone has a solution for this please let us know.
