The battery on my card reader has not been the best since it arrived, however with a four day even starting today I have charged the battery overnight, only to wake up and discover that it won't turn on. Any suggestions?
There is a little pin hole next to where it pugs in. Just get a darning needle and push it in and this will operate a tiny switch inside the hole. The machine will then switch on. Try charging it again and if it will not charge then it's bust. The secret information that is not widlely known is that paypal devices cannot be left on charge for more than 8 hours without blowing it. I have mentioned this to PayPal but they say lots of devices cannot be left on charge overnight without causing damage but as we all know we don't know of any do we?
Already did the reset pin hole & it didn't work... it was a new unit out of a sealed box so hadn't received a charge... got a refund & upgraded to contactless
