Our card reader won't turn on. When we connect the charger nothing happens at all - there is no sign that it is charging. We have tried the charger with other electronics and it works fine so we know it isn't the charger that is the problem.
One of my colleagues purchased the Paypal Miura card reader on 7th December 2016. We have only had the machine for just over 7 months and it has only been used twice so would appreciate a replacement being sent to us as soon as possible.
I've tried calling the call centre <removed> but we do not have a card associated with the account or have a mobile pin so I was unable to get through the checks to speak to someone. I would appreciate if someone could let me know how I can contact someone to get a replacement. I can provide the receipt number if required.
