Hi
I paid for some goods 3 weeks ago and the buyer claims to have sent them but does not give me a Royal Mail tracking number and the last time I heard from them was a week ago, and no tracking number received. I've opened a dispute today with Paypal but I'm worried what will happen if the seller has deleted their Paypal account - does this mean I cannot get my money back?! Very worried, can anyone offer any help?
Thanks.

Dont worry you are fully covered by PayPal.
When you open dispute as item not received, PayPal ask for tracking ID from seller and if seller doesn't provide it, you will win the case irespective they closed their account or not.
hope that answer your question. Keep an eye on email and resolution centre
