You are fully covered by buyer protection. You can open dispute as Item not as described Please note that you need to send the item back to seller on you own expense. PayPal won't reimburse postage cost. make sure that you send it with trackable information i.e. recorded or special delivery becuase PAyPal will ask you to prove that you have sent the item back. Guys, the payment was sent as eCheque which takes 5-7 working days to complete. There are many reason for eCheque payment i.e. if your bank account is confirmed but your card is not confirmed then echeque payment could be sent. if you check your bank statement the payment must be taken after couple of days of payment date. It takes 2-3 working days for your bank to pay and it takes the same time to come to PayPal. Before you submit the payment check the 'Method' of the payment. It should be Instant Payment or card payment for immidiate payment.

Transaction ID can be checkable by PayPal. I am bit curious whther your email address is confirmed. Go to Profile -> My details and check whether your email is confirmed. if it is confirmed then contact PayPal customer service and ask them to search your account by your email to check your email address is not linked anywhere else.

Is that personal payment that you received? If that is the case, you may not see fee being charged if that payment was funded by PayPal balance or Instant Tranfer payment. If there is issue refund link means the payment is cleared.

obviously you have to have money in your bank account to fund your payment. When you submit payment and paying by card PayPal try to take payment from your bank and if you dont have balance in your bank, you cannt pay.

The seller's email address may not be confirmed therefore it was showing pending. I am sure that you must have cancelled the payment by clicking on 'cancel' option under history of your transaction. When payment is funded from card, it takes at least 5-7 working days to get money back to your card due to banking process. You have not lost your money.
