Hi I've received an invoice for a item I want to buy through PayPal but not on ebay? They have said it's goods but not put a description? I'm not covered am I?
You are probably covered for non receipt of item but you would have a job proving item received but not as described if there is not a full description of the item you are buying on the invoice.
