Pay After Delivery Suddenly Stopped Working

Pay After Delivery is not working for me either. It last worked on 4th October. I've been on to PayPal repeatedly and get nowhere. PAD is my default payment method. PayPal is not linked to my PayPal account. Whenever I purchase anything on eBay or a website which accepts PayPal, I no longer have the option to PAD despite it being the preferred payment option. I contacted PayPal and was given the usual: not all sellers accept PAD line - but these are sellers which i have used this method with previously. I have also confirmed with them that PAD is active on their account and they've confirmed it is. Three weeks ago an agent confirmed there was a glitch in the system, I wasn't the only person not having the PAD option available despite it being the preferred payment method. They allegedly escalated it higher but as usual, I haven't heard anything. I've just contacted PayPal again and been told it might come on again in the future, there's nothing wrong with my account so they don't know its not working. Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks, Suzy. Mine stopped working on 6th October. I keep getting the runaround each time I call them and my emails gone unanswered. It's really starting to pee off now - especially when you call PayPal who are no help whatsoever. Its even worse when you end up speaking to someone in a foreign call centre who doesn't listen and just reads what's on a screen in front of them. It was bad enough with the glitch that caused ebay linked accounts to stop working, at least there's a work around for that. This is totally different though. It just stopped working overnight with no explanation.
