I would like to pay for a US product out of my USD account which has more than enough money in it. But when i try to pay, it converts it to Cdn dollars and uses that up. How do I specifc use of the US funds for this payment?

Welcome to the boards!
If you have a USD balance and you are making a USD payment, I'm assuming you are seeing a bank transfer when checking out. See if you can select the USD balance instead.
If the USD balance is not enough, and you only have a bank account on file, it will try to transfer the full amount out of the bank (eCheques must come in full from a bank and cannot use the balance).
Thanks!
Adrian
