help me...dunno what to do...i sent a payment here at paypal..and the gy i sent it to promised that i will receive the item 10-14 days. now its already a month since then and i havent receive it..i feel he is just faking me...i want to refund my money but i cant file a dispute because it says that the transaction was just a sending of money not a purchase of goods...the seller is very uncooperative and shows that he is a fake...what can i do?please help...
