Hello. I can not make a payment with paypal

I try to pay via paypal from the Ditto Music website but after I login to paypal I get an error msg and the transaction wont complete. Does anyone know whats happening. I emailed Ditto music but have no replies

are you actually getting as far as logging into your PayPal account? And what error message are you getting if you are?

Hello I have tried to pay for an ebay item but could not continue with my payment and recieved the following notice from paypal  

Sorry, we aren't able to complete your request at this time.

If you encounter this message more than once, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help.Could you please advise me what to do next ?

Hello there, there may be any number of reasons why your payment cannot go through. It may be your account, in which case you would be updated on the system. It could be your financials, in which case you would also be updated and informed on the site. There may also be issues with the receivers account. Best to contact Customer Support directly for an update. Hope that helps.
